• Purchase and account information, including your email, name and billing address collected through Stripe, Stripe transaction identifiers, and password hash.
• Your optional public Tycoon name and leaderboard preference. Your real name, email, billing address, and payment information are not displayed on the leaderboard.
• Game information such as net worth, cash, properties, experience, achievements, rank, months played, and saved browser progress.
• Technical information needed for security and operation, including session cookies, browser information, server logs, and security events.
• Messages you send to support.

How we use information

We use information to verify purchases, activate and secure accounts, save gameplay, operate optional leaderboards, provide support, prevent abuse, maintain the service, and satisfy accounting, tax, legal, and regulatory duties.

Payments and service providers

Stripe processes checkout and payment information under its own privacy terms. We may use hosting, email, security, and analytics providers only as necessary to operate the service. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and local storage

Essential session cookies keep you signed in securely. Browser local storage may preserve a game so you can continue later on the same browser. Blocking these technologies may prevent account or save features from working correctly.

Retention and protection

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide purchased access, maintain game records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may change your public Tycoon name or withdraw from the leaderboard through Account & Privacy. For access, correction, or deletion questions, contact support@optimizedreinvestors.com with “Attn: Mogul Tycoon.” Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, payment, or tax purposes.

Age and changes

Mogul Tycoon is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy and will post the revised effective date here.
