These Terms govern access to Mogul Tycoon, an educational real-estate investing simulation provided by Optimized RE Investors. By purchasing, activating, or using the game, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Educational Disclaimer.

License and account

A completed purchase grants the purchaser a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the game. Keep login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must notify support of suspected unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

You may not share or resell access, copy or redistribute the game or its assets, bypass payment or account protections, automate abusive traffic, probe the service for vulnerabilities, interfere with other users, manipulate rankings, or use the service unlawfully.

Educational simulation

Properties, cities, neighborhoods, characters, offers, financing outcomes, auctions, market events, and financial results are fictional or simulated. The game does not promise investment performance and is not a substitute for professional analysis or advice.

Intellectual property

Mogul Tycoon, The Deal Room, their game design, text, graphics, characters, software, and other content are owned by or licensed to Optimized RE Investors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Availability and changes

We may update gameplay, features, pricing, security, availability, and these Terms. We may suspend access needed to protect users, enforce these Terms, repair the service, or comply with law.

Disclaimer and limitation

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Optimized RE Investors does not guarantee uninterrupted access, particular learning outcomes, profits, financing, property performance, or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount the affected user paid for Mogul Tycoon.
